- Diseases and infections spread rapidly during monsoon from cold to typhoid.
- Among common illness that spread in rainy is respiratory infections like pneumonia,typhoid,dysentery,polio.
- Malaria is the most common disease associate during rainy. Take measures so that the house and surroundings should be clean.
- Sudden drop of temperature can include diseases for those who are allergic to Diabetic, asthmatic.
- Monsoon trigger breathing Problems. Dampness in air promotes the growth of fungus which lead to pneumonia.

*Chew a piece of raw ginger every morning during monsoon can relax you.
*You can also drink a hot ginger tea.
Tulsi:
Tulsi also known s holy basil, contains endless benefits. Tulsi is abundant in Vitamin C,Vitamin A,Phyto nutrients,essential oils.Helps the body protected from all the diseases.The ancient medicine system of ayurveda use the tulsi as a tonic for health.
Procedure:
*Chew a couple of tulsi leaves thrice a day can reduce the effect of diseases.
*You can also make a solution using tulsi by adding the leaves to hot water and drink every morning.
Papaya leaf increase the content of platelets in blood.It might taste bitter but it gives a good result to cure dengue as early a possible.
Procedure:
Drink papaya leaf extract.Pound them and squeeze out the juice of it which taste bitter but it is a good medicine for the dengue.
Turmeric:
Turmeric contains a compound curcumin. This is known for it's inflammatory and soothing compounds hence,turmeric is considered as a best home remedy for cold.

Mixing turmeric powder in milk with pepper reduce the cough and cold.
Black pepper:
Black pepper is added to many tonics treat the cough and cold.Conditions like sinusitis and nasal congestion can be relieved with the help of black pepper.Pepper performs the function of breaking mucus and phlegm deposits in respiratory track.
Procedure:
Adding pepper powder to milk can give relief for the cold.
Cinnamon:
It helps in treating soar throat,cough ,cold.It helps in treating heal of throat.

- Drinking hot water.
- Don't eat contaminated food.
- Prefer the food when it is hot.
- Don't stay the water for a long time can encourage for the growth of mosquitoes.
- Make sure that your house and the surroundings clean.
- Use mosquito repellent on the body.
- Don't forget to carry rain coat and umbrella with you.
- Don't get wet in cold.
- Wash the vegetables and fruits neatly before you had consumed.
- Avoid eating junk food.
- Keep your body dry and moderate warm to avoid cold and cough.
- Get the bath every time with hot water when you get out into rain.
- Avoid eating street food.
