3. Salty foods
Eating salty foods during your periods will increase the bloating in your stomach which feels more pain. It also affects hormonal changes which are dangerous to health.
4. Caffeine
Taking caffeine increases blood pressure and also leads to the effect of heart. So during periods try to avoid drinking of coffee.
5. Refined Sugar
Taking of refined sugar results in increases of insulin levels which causes heavy hunger, weight gain etc. So there are many bad effects by taking refined sugar during your periods. So try to avoid.
